Who we are

Spectriv Technologies Private Limited (“Spectriv”, “we”) operates spectriv.io. We are based in Gurugram, Haryana, India (CIN U62099HR2024PTC125197). For anything about your data, email contact@spectriv.io.

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email address, the time you choose, what you'd like to discuss, the email addresses of anyone you invite, and, only if you choose to share it, your phone number and whether we may call you on it.
• When you use the AI assistant: the messages you type, and your voice if you use voice mode.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser details, used briefly to keep the site secure and to limit abuse.
• Preferences on your device: dismissed banners and your chat history for 24 hours. These stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

How we use it

Only to answer your questions, arrange and run the meetings you book, and follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell your information. We do not use your conversations, business ideas or project details in public content, marketing or demonstrations without your written permission, and they are never publicly accessible.

Who processes your information

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

AI and model training: we use Google's Gemini API on a paid plan, under which Google does not use your prompts or responses to improve its products. Email addresses and phone numbers are removed from typed messages before they reach the AI. In a voice call your voice is processed by Google to understand and answer you.

How long we keep it

Bookings

Deleted automatically 120 days after the booking was last updated.

AI chat history on our servers

Not stored. A copy of the conversation is emailed to our team so we can follow up.

AI chat history in your browser

Kept on your device for 24 hours so you can continue the conversation, or until you end the chat.

Rate-limit counters

Up to 24 hours, to protect the site from abuse.

Server logs

Kept by our hosting provider for a short period; we keep email addresses and phone numbers out of them.

How we protect it

• All traffic to and from spectriv.io is encrypted with HTTPS.
• Bookings are encrypted (AES-256) before they are stored.
• API keys and credentials stay on our servers and are never sent to your browser. Voice calls use short-lived, single-use access tokens.
• Only authorised Spectriv team members can see bookings and conversation summaries.
• Requests are rate limited, and contact details are kept out of our logs.

Your choices and rights

Sharing a phone number is optional, and we only call you if you have agreed to it. Voice mode is optional and starts only when you press the button; your microphone is used only while voice mode is on. Nothing is downloaded to your device. You can end and clear a chat at any time.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that apply to you, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent. Email contact@spectriv.io and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores a few preferences in your browser (banners, your chat for 24 hours).
